Ringing in the new year
I'm ending the year by spending two relaxing weeks down the Victorian coastline (but that's another story). No matter how relaxed I may be, I can't stop thinking about the year just passed, and feeling somewhat underwhelmed. What I did realise when considering 2013 in all its glory, is the thing I've achieved most this year, is an understanding of what I want to do and how to get there. So I guess it's not all bad.
This really makes me excited for the new year ahead. I've got some big plans, which are terrifying, but if I don't attempt to achieve them now then I never will. So here I go, starting 2014 by jumping off the cliff, instead of turning around and finding another route. And I'm hell excited!
